I would like to share my experience with Dr. Tugba Duymaz and her extraordinary staff. I get very emotional thinking about the whole experience, as this has been a healing journey for me. I had to take some time to really collect my thoughts in writing this, and I apologize in advance for writing too much. Dr. Tugba is, in my opinion, the best highly skilled biological, holistic, and certified dentist in Turkey. I feel extremely blessed to have had the privilege of working with her and the amazingly thoughtful staff. The clinic is impeccably clean and modern. Very well organized and run by Mr. Oktay Duymaz, who leads this extraordinary team. I have suffered from 20 plus years of previous improperly removed mercury fillings. I had a bridge and crown that also needed replacing. I needed a dentist who had experience in removing the existing mercury safely. Here in the United States, finding a dentist who could do the work would have cost me well over 20k. Dr. Tugba was the only dentist I could find that was capable of resorting and removing the mercury fillings correctly. She has the experience and the best technology to mitigate safe removal and exposure to mercury. Words can not describe the kindness and care I was given by Dr. Tugba and her staff, they were like a family. This is the part that I find hard to describe because I get so emotional thinking about the care that was given to me. Dr. Tugba is very sought after. She is in very high demand, yet she gives so much of her time and heart to her patients. I was only in Turkey for a short amount of time. There were days that she stayed after hours, just to make sure everything was done properly. The amount of care and attention to detail Dr. Tugba gives is awe-inspiring. When you travel to an unknown country, you can't help but feel vulnerable. You don't expect this type of service. I will forever be grateful for the healing and love I received from Dr. Tugba Duymaz and her amazing staff. You will all forever be a part of my healing journey. Küçüklüğünden beri maalesef dişçi koltugunda cok fazla zaman geçirmiş biri olarak, Tugba Hanım gibisini asla görmedim. Çok titiz, ince ince işliyor dolguları. Tüm sorularınıza içten cevap veriyor ve yapacağı işi asla aceleye getirmiyor. Kaç kez dolgu değişimleri yapılmış, yani defalarca açılmış ve oldukça derin dolgulu olan dişlerimi kendisi kurtardı. Üstelik yaptıgı dolgular anlaşılmıyor bile, sanki dişte dolgu yokmuş gibi. Dişlerimi kanala gitmeden kurtardı. Gittigim tüm hekimler bu dişleri açarsam kanala gider derken Tugba Hanım aksini söyledi ve uyguladı. Yaptıgı işlem her ne ise hiç fark etmez, o kadar özenli yapıyor ki, bir dişin dolgusu ile en iyisi olana kadar uğraşıyor. Ön dişlerime yaptıgı dolgular (dişin ön yüzünde) kesinlikle anlaşılmıyor, kendi dişim gibi gözüküyor. İyi ki var, iyi ki rastlamışım kendisine. Kendisine sadece diş hekimi demek haksızlık olur. Çok iyi bir bilim insanı aynı zamanda. Zamanının büyük bir kısmını araştırmalara, eğitimlere, makalelere ve yenilikleri takibe adadığı sitesinden, paylaşımlarından, yaptığı işlerden ve bütüncül yaklaşımından anlaşılıyor. I had such a positive experience with Dr Tugba and her team for my SMART amalgam fillings removal. From start to finish, communication was excellent, and they were incredibly organised. It was a breeze communicating with the team on WhatsApp. The clinic is also very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Whilst I cannot say that it was a pleasant experience to have my five amalgam fillings removed(!) - it certainly couldn’t have gone better, thanks to the team. They were so patient and professional, allowing me to take breaks as I needed and listen to meditation tracks to soothe my nervous system. Thank you so much for everything!
